Our Approach & Fund Specifics

Chosen by Caring Trustees

Each fund is represented by a Board of Trustees interested in student success.  The process of selection may differ slightly by fund, but the common goals are the same – help students attain their educational goals, provide low interest funding so students can focus on the most important job at hand, all while gaining knowledge and personal growth.  Our funds are managed by a single group, The Lincoln County Rotary Student Loan Fund, Inc.

Our funds have been established by pillars of the community, people or groups who want not only to see student success, but to invest and return their gifts to better our community.  Supporting higher education is not only an investment in students, it’s also an investment in local industry and government as we produce the next generation of entrepreneurs, employees and local leadership.

We also recognize that not all Lincoln County students that go to college will return to Lincoln County.  That makes us smile too.  Contributing to an intelligent workforce locally or globally is our purpose.  And if a little Lincoln County charm is spread around the globe, well, that’s pretty cool y’all!
